Naked Woman

The work on my naked woman is going well..I still have not fully decided on the design that will adorn the exterior but the building is getting somewhat close to done. I hope to finish building it by next week. The teapot and two cups I'm making I have fallen behind on. I still have not done the two cups, but the teapot is about ready for second firing. Hopefully I'll finish those today. If I'm not on before thursday, HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Concentration

Since the human psyche is fascinating to me, i've decided to take on dreams as my concentration. Right now I'm sculpting a somewhat large piece of a woman. If all goes well it will be up to my thigh. I'm not sure if I'm going to write words all over it, or incorporate some candle or something all over it. So far, I'm just working on building the body.

teapot & other such shinnanigans.

i am still working on that teapot. it's harder for me because it's functional and i'm more into the sculpture work. soo.....yeah. i'm firing a pot that's covered with carved green leaves. i hope it turns out.
